At the Keys Game

A group of 17 RKIDs and friends attended a recent game of the Frederick Keys. Sonja organized the event and said it was a great time.  Wearing their green RKID shirts, they rooted for the home team, ate hotdogs, watched the cowboy monkey rodeo, and cheered loudly when the Ring of Kerry Irish Dancers’ name appeared on the screen. The lively group included: Tom, Sonja, Bill, Madelyn, Judy, Kate, Dan, Kathryn, Chuck, Maureen, Larisa, Marie, Bob, Michelle, Gerry and husband Bill, and MaryAnn. Also see our photo gallery for this event.

 Celebrations

Kevin and Liz are 50

Kevin and Liz are in the midst of a summer-long celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary. Congratulations to the lovebirds!

 Travel

Marilyn M has just returned from a Grand Circle tour of Great Britain. She traveled through Wales, England, and Scotland seeing all the major sights along the way. Pictured: York city wall at Monkgate Bar.

And before she did that, Marilyn was in Ireland meeting up with David and Toni. They were at South Sligo Summer School in Tubbercurry, County Sligo.

Dan O’C celebrated his recent birthday in South Carolina with his son, daughter-in-law, and seven grandchildren.  After the party, Dan and Kate headed south to Atlanta for a convention. Obviously, Dan is feeling much better.

Marie has been out in Washington visiting the grandchildren again.
