Irish Activities

Well, we did it!  Our first, official RKIDs, Inc. membership meeting was held on Wednesday, September 28th.  Despite a rather sudden, unexpected change of venue (with kudos to Kate for coming to the rescue by securing an alternative meeting place), we had a great turnout of members.  After much thoughtful discussion, many decisions were made. Details of the new bylaws, guidelines and our Board of Directors may be found on our organization page.

Not even pouring rain can keep the RKIDs away from socializing and a good meal.  At the monthly brunch this past Saturday, October 1st at the Woodside Deli, Roger, Judy, Sharon P., Sonja and Tom enjoyed stimulating conversations around such subjects as heritage and educational courses.

Jim and Kathy's Beach Nuptials

Best wishes go out to newlyweds Jim and his lovely bride, Kathy.  Even wild horses couldn’t keep from joining in the fun with the happy bride and groom’s families at their recent beach nuptials in Corolla, NC.
